Today in office few of my team mates are in a chat. in that there is a discussion about definition of leader. Everyone said their own views, my manager said one simple definition
"Person who have followers is a leader"
It's look simple but, I felt this is a right one. Becoz a person cannot become a leader simply with his great qualities. Their needs to be a true follower.
